Role Description
The Jr. Design Engineer - Solidworks role at MarknStamp is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane and able to travel to the Bhiwandi location as required. The role involves creating, modifying, and analyzing CAD models using SolidWorks for mechanical systems and products. You will collaborate with senior engineers to design and refine products, ensure mechanical and electrical integration, and facilitate prototyping. Additional responsibilities include testing product designs for functionality and efficiency and maintaining design documentation. Candidate residing in Thane or nearby Thane can only apply.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design, including experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with principles of Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technologies
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience or knowledge of the manufacturing or automotive industries is a plus
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills
