Role Description
- Manage routing, tracking and allocation for employee transportation fleet.
- Ensure efficient and punctual transportation services all the time.
- Update and monitor transport schedules regularly.
- provide assistance to all transport related queries.
- Handle driver and employee coordination seamlessly
- Troubleshoot and resolve transport logistical issues
Qualifications
- Experience 0 years to 1 year.
- Willingness to work for rotational shifts Day (Night and Overninght Shifts).
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through clear communication and problem resolution.
