Handle and interpret 7/12 extract (Satbara) and other land records. Draft and review development agreements, sale deeds, and power of attorney. Prepare and respond to legal notices and documentation. Experience in Shivaji Typing Assist in due diligence and legal documentation for land acquisition. Maintain proper legal records and documentation. Coordinate with government authorities, legal consultants, and internal teams. Support senior legal team in litigation and documentation work.
