Job details:
We’re looking for someone to help us build one of the strongest founder-led personal brands in the fitness & business space.
You’ll work closely with Fuelled’s founders - Viren and Rashmi - and Marketing Lead to turn their experiences, ideas, opinions, lessons and day-to-day journey into content people actually want to consume.
This is not a “make 20 posts a month” social media role.
You’ll be involved in the entire content engine — from finding ideas and researching what’s working to scripting content, planning shoots, distribution and studying performance.
What you’ll do- Work directly with the founders to build their personal brands across Instagram and other platforms.
- Help shape personal brand positioning, content pillars and recurring series for each founder.
- Constantly scan the internet for great content ideas, formats, hooks and emerging trends across fitness, business, entrepreneurship and mindset.
- Study creators and founder brands globally and bring the best learnings back to our content strategy.
- Research topics deeply enough to turn an idea into something genuinely useful.
- Interview the founders and turn their thoughts, voice notes, conversations and experiences into Reels, carousels, posts and stories.
- Write strong hooks and scripts that sound human — not AI-generated.
- Build and maintain a structured content calendar.
- Plan shoots and coordinate with videographers/editors to take content from idea → execution → published → distributed.
- Repurpose strong ideas into multiple formats instead of constantly starting from scratch.
- Track content performance, understand why something worked or didn’t, and use those learnings to continuously test and improve.
Who we’re looking forYou don’t need 5 years of experience.
But you should be someone who:
Lives on the internet. You naturally notice great content and wonder why it worked.
Can write. You understand the difference between technically correct writing and writing that makes someone stop scrolling.
Has taste. You can tell when something feels sharp, premium and authentic versus generic.
Is curious. Business, fitness, psychology, marketing, storytelling — you enjoy learning about all of it.
Understands social media. Hooks, retention, storytelling, formats, distribution and analytics shouldn’t feel like foreign concepts. We want someone who can look at a Reel and explain why it worked — and what we can learn from it.
Takes ownership. We don’t want someone waiting every morning to be told what to post.
And most importantly, you’re excited by the idea of building something from the ground up.
You should deeply understand:
Short-form content · Hooks · Storytelling · Retention · Instagram growth · Analytics · Creator culture · Internet & cultural trends
Why this role is different
You’ll get a front-row seat to building Fuelled.
You’ll be around conversations about product launches, marketing, hiring, failures, wins, fitness, leadership and scaling a company — and your job will be to identify the stories and lessons hidden inside them.
You’ll work directly with the founders and learn how a fast-growing consumer brand actually gets built.
If you’re ambitious about eventually becoming an exceptional content strategist, storyteller or brand builder, you’ll learn a lot here.
How to applyAlong with your CV, share:
- Up to 3 accounts or projects you’ve worked on — what you contributed + any results you can share.
- 5 pieces of your best-performing content.
- 3 founders/creators you currently study.
- Why Fuelled?
Cheers,
#WinTheDay
