Job Title: Junior Client Servicing Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 years
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive to act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for creative, content, and production teams
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, content, digital) to track progress and resolve bottlenecks
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes
- Participate in client meetings and take ownership of follow-ups
- Assist in campaign planning and execution across digital and offline platforms
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in client servicing / account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of advertising and production workflows
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint and Excel are critical)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
