About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating business needs into structured technical documentation, and ensuring successful product delivery aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects and clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
• Perform detailed requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Create UML diagrams to clearly communicate system workflows and proposed solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, product roadmaps, and wireframes.
• Develop and present detailed business proposals to potential clients.
• Act as a Product Owner to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
• Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Identify and analyze new requirements and provide accurate estimations to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Experience working on Mobile App Development projects.
• Strong knowledge of UML diagrams, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of application development technologies, databases, cloud infrastructure, testing processes, and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to propose innovative ideas and help clients conceptualize new solutions (preferred).
