Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Jr. BIM Executive. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities also include performing clash detection, preparing shop drawings, and assisting in the preparation of design documentation aligned with industry standards and project requirements. The role will also involve supporting SCAN to BIM project workflows, including model development, coordination, and data management. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet project timelines and specifications is crucial for this role.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows
- Experience or academic exposure to SCAN to BIM projects
- Sound understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles
- Basic knowledge of clash detection and coordination in BIM environments
- Strong technical skills in drafting and modeling
- Good problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Basic knowledge of construction workflows and practices is beneficial
- Qualification Preference – Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Suitable for entry-level candidates eager to build a career in the AEC and BIM industry
