ESDS Software Solution Ltd is looking for a Billing Associate to join our International Billing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to build their career in billing, customer support, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries via live chat and ticketing system within SLA

• Handle online customer chats and support requests

• Perform assigned tasks such as signups, credit checks, and reseller account setup

• Follow defined processes and escalate issues when required

• Support marketing initiatives by delivering excellent customer experience

• Manage overdue tasks such as suspension/termination of dedicated servers

• Monitor client accounts, balances, and billing discrepancies

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office

• Typing speed: 30–40 WPM

• Good written and spoken English communication

• Customer service orientation

• Basic knowledge of billing tools/systems (preferred)

Experience:

• 0–2 years experience in IT or AR/Billing processes

• Freshers are welcome to apply
