About the Role:
We're hiring a Junior Associate – Creative Strategy to join us. You'll be part of the core creative team, shaping the voice of campaigns, brands, and our own IPs from scratch. You'll think, write, ideate, and help shape campaigns across brand films, social, digital, and on-ground. This is for someone who has strong instincts for storytelling, an eye on culture, and wants to learn the craft of advertising from inside an agency that actually executes its own ideas. Because we're zero-dilution, the work you ideate is the work you'll see go live.
What You'll Do
- Develop concepts, copy, and content for social media, digital campaigns, scripts, brand films, manifestos, and brand collateral
- Brainstorm campaign ideas with the creative team and contribute to new business pitches
- Research brands, audiences, competitors, category trends, and culture
- Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and the production team
- Help build content calendars, content IPs, decks, and creative documentation
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, content, or creative roles (internships count)
- Strong written English; ability to flex tone across brands, formats, and audiences
- Sharp instincts for social media, internet culture, memes, and what travels
- Genuine curiosity about brands, advertising, pop culture, and consumer behaviour
- Ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and turn it around quickly
- Comfort with feedback and the ability to push back with reason
- A self-starter. You see the gap and fill it, no hand-holding required
- Fast. Not rushed, fast. You understand that in this industry, speed and quality are both non-negotiable
