Role Description - Jr. Analyst – Portfolio Management
(i) Portfolio Monitoring:
· Track the performance of portfolio companies, including financial metrics,
operational milestones, and growth indicators.
· Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders,
summarizing key financial and operational metrics.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of the portfolio companies’ financials, such as income
statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Track KPIs and milestones for each portfolio company, assisting with strategic
initiatives.
· Handling MIS – Gathering data from various sources and analying the data.
(ii) Work closely with the Company in conducting desktop research on competitors
industry trends, comparable transactions etc.
(iii) Assist in any internal tasks/activities/projects that help in operational and strategic
execution of key Company priorities.
(iv) Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive
landscapes to inform investment and portfolio management strategies
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Data Science related field preferred
· 6 months - 1 year of experience in similar role ideally at a venture capital firm
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory); this role involves working heavily with
datasets in Excel and being comfortable with basic functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)

· Strong attention to detail – data is sensitive so operating with strong attention to detail is key
· Critical thinking – Thinking strategically about internal processes and striving for efficiency
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
