Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Accounts Executive based in Pune. The Jr. Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining financial records, overseeing account reconciliations, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves preparing financial statements, assisting in budget preparation, and providing support for audits and tax filings as required. Additionally, the Jr. Accounts Executive will coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial operations.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including ledger management and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting software, financial tools, and spreadsheets like MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial data management and reporting
- Attention to detail with skills in data entry and record management
- Effective communication and teamwork to collaborate with internal teams and external auditors
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in an accounts assistant or similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance would be an added advantage
