What we are looking for?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage incoming payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Track and monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Perform regular Accounts Receivable reconciliation
- Coordinate with clients for payment-related queries and discrepancies
- Maintain and generate proper records of billing, receipts, and collections
- Prepare aging reports and highlight overdue accounts
- Work closely with the sales and finance team to ensure smooth cash flow
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of TDS, GST and invoice generation etc.
