Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Accountant based in Indore. The Jr Accountant will be responsible for assisting with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliation of accounts. The role involves preparing financial reports, completing ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and assisting in audits. The candidate will also collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Proficient in accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining expense records
- Expertise in financial tools and software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or related accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Familiar with tax regulations and financial auditing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory in
