Role Description
The Jr. Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll compliance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial files, reconciling accounts, helping with tax preparation, and preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- CA Inter Passed / Appeared Preferred.
- Experience with general accounting practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools for data entry and financial analysis
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an added advantage but not required
