plant, we now produce over a million books annually, along with other print-related materials.
THE OPPORTUNITY
JPS Books + Logistics’ is in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator with a
passion for print production. You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting a variety
of high-speed printers. You will play a pivotal role in our print department and be part of a team that
strives to improve our processes and optimize all workflows.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Accurately read and understand job tickets
• Set up, program and prepare jobs
• Quality control to ensure product accuracy and minimal spoilage
• Troubleshoot printer issues
• Maintain proper machine maintenance
• Strong communication skills
• Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED
• 1 year experience in digital printing is preferred
• Cannon experience is preferred, but not required
• Mechanically minded - able to set-up, troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Must be computer savvy and willing to learn in-house programs and systems
• Able and willing to cross train on other equipment as needed
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality
• Strong organizational skills
