That's where you come in.The RoleAs the Ecommerce Operations Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth and scaling. Your main responsibilities will include:- Assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service- Optimizing the company's ecommerce workflows and processes- Providing administrative support to the operations team- Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsThe Ideal CandidateYou're a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ecommerce and operations. You have:- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related field- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, inventory management tools, and customer service software- A keen eye for identifying areas for improvement and the ability to implement solutions- The ability to work independently and as part of a team- A customer-centric mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional service- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferredThis is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection.
