JPMorgan Chase & Co Off Campus Hiring – Client Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Complete client requests and inquiries promptly and accurately, following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Validate client instructions and manage user access to digital banking platforms securely through provisioning systems.
Stay informed about potential operational risks related to the role and suggest strategies to reduce them.
Support clients, the Client Service team, Middle Office, and Help Desk by identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Recognize and address potential escalation points proactively before they become critical.
Take ownership of and actively contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Communicate confidently with clients, both in writing and verbally.
Apply strong analytical thinking and thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple responsibilities.
Work collaboratively with team members while staying self-driven.
Manage tasks effectively under tight deadlines and independently when required.
Display excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail.
Be flexible with work hours, including shift-based schedules.
Be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
