About the Role

The Engagement Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of healthcare and life sciences clients.

This role goes beyond execution. You will translate strategy into action, applying structured thinking to complex business challenges and helping clients navigate the intersection of scientific data, market dynamics, and brand strategy.

Working within a lean, senior team, you will operate with a consulting-oriented mindset, balancing strong delivery discipline with the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions and outputs.

Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery

  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable plans across workstreams
  • Support development of brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, and messaging
  • Synthesize scientific data, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics into client-ready outputs
  • Ensure alignment across commercial, medical, and organizational priorities
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in delivery

Client Leadership

  • Serve as day-to-day client lead across accounts
  • Lead client meetings, working sessions, and workshops
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently, demonstrating strong presentation skills

Consulting & Problem Solving

  • Apply structured, consulting-style thinking to client challenges
  • Connect scientific, clinical, and commercial inputs into cohesive recommendations
  • Contribute to key strategic questions, including brand positioning, competitive response, and audience engagement

Operational Excellence

  • Manage timelines, scope, and deliverables across accounts
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
  • Maintain strong organization across multiple priorities and stakeholders

Technology & Data Fluency

  • Leverage approved tools and emerging technologies to support synthesis, reporting, and delivery
  • Engage with data and analytics as inputs into strategy
  • Apply critical thinking to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and insight-driven

Growth Contribution

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope and deepen client relationships
  • Support proposal development and strategic planning
  • Contribute to improving team processes and overall delivery quality

About You

  • 5–8 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or advisory environments
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional accounts or projects
  • Exposure to consulting, brand strategy, or data-driven environments preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex scientific and market information
  • Confident communicator with strong client presence and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
