Joy Product Manager

You'll work directly with the founder to identify, prototype, and ship new product bets that transform preventative healthcare. Your focus is on high velocity and high impact. You'll: Work in a tight squad (you + 1-3 engineers) to explore and launch new initiatives Lead discovery: user interviews, workflows, market research, idea generation Own specs: document business logic, edge cases, and success criteria Collaborate with engineering to build and iterate fast Prototype in Figma to bring ideas to life quickly Run analysis on product usage and user behaviour to inform decisions Talk to customers — often — and keep them inspired and engaged Prioritise ruthlessly and keep momentum high Act as a force multiplier in the team — raising the bar for speed, clarity, and ambition
