About the role

You develop and maintain your squad's roadmap, which is aligned with our overall strategy You define requirements to convert strategic initiatives into actionable backlog items You manage and prioritize our product backlog and continuously work on optimizing the results of our developers To lead your project team, you communicate product goals and provide feedback to the Product Manager on the validated roadmap You ensure that the product's performance is measurable through effective tracking and monitoring Together with the UX/UI Designer and Squad Lead, you are responsible for communication with all relevant stakeholders, manage the product launch process, and coordinate design and feasibility Completed studies in computer science or comparable professional experience in IT, business or a related field In-depth knowledge of the travel tech sector (alternatively, a high level of understanding and willingness to learn) Analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset and agile thinking and acting Passion for complex IT systems and their interrelationships At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in agile environments Strong expertise in backlog management, strategic planning and the transformation of strategic initiatives into concrete action steps
