Role Description
This is an internship for Journalism Intern role. The Intern will be responsible for researching news topics, writing compelling news stories, drafting press releases, and contributing to the publication's communication strategies. Additional tasks include assisting in newsroom activities, conducting interviews, and collaborating with the editorial team to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in News Writing and general Writing
- Proficiency in crafting Press Releases and effective Communication strategies
- Solid ability in Research to gather accurate and relevant information
- Interest or academic background in Journalism or Media Studies
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well within a team
- Familiarity with local and national news, particularly relevant to the Sambalpur region, is a plus
- Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English
