Role Description
We are seeking a Journalism Intern for a remote internship opportunity. The intern will be responsible for researching and creating compelling news content, drafting press releases, crafting engaging stories, and writing articles on current topics. Daily tasks will also include conducting thorough research, contributing to news writing, and assisting in maintaining the quality and consistency of content.
Qualifications
- Strong Writing and News Writing skills, with a focus on accuracy and clarity
- Proficiency in drafting Press Releases and other formal communications
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting ideas and working with a team
- Research abilities to gather and analyze information for stories
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for journalism and a keen interest in current events
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Journalism, Communications, or a similar field is preferred
- Previous experience in content creation or journalism is an advantage but not mandatory
