We are on a mission to transform the IT Operations (IT Ops) space through cutting-edge AI technologies. To drive this initiative forward, we are looking for a visionary Head of AI to lead our AI strategy and innovation. Based out of our Bengaluru office, this role will involve working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement AI solutions that revolutionize how IT Ops functions, making them smarter, faster, and more efficient.

As the Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI within the company, leading a team of engineers and researchers, and setting the technical direction for all AI-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the company’s AI strategy with a focus on IT Ops transformation.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven solutions that address key challenges in IT Ops.
4. Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms for automation, predictive analytics, and optimization within IT Ops.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously explore new AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI models in production environments.
7. Drive research and innovation efforts to push the boundaries of AI’s impact in IT Ops.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performance AI teams.
3. Expertise in machine learning frameworks, algorithms, and technologies.
4. Solid understanding of IT Ops, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in transforming IT Ops or similar operational areas using AI.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
