Job Title: Front End Software Architect (B2B SaaS)

We are seeking a talented Front End B2B SaaS Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced architect who is passionate about designing and developing user-centric, scalable and maintainable front-end architectures for B2B SaaS products. The candidate should have a strong background in modern web development technologies, software architecture and be able to design scalable and maintainable front-end systems that can handle high traffic loads and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall front-end architecture for our B2B SaaS products using React, Next.js and MFE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to create best-in-class user experiences
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to improve the architecture and performance of the system.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the front-end system
• Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Additionally, you would participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best-fit and high quality technical solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
• You would be a key contributor to creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization. Help us navigate our next digital transformation journey.

Requirements :

• At least 6 years of experience as a hands-on, front-end software architect or similar role with expertise in React, Next.js and MFE
• At least 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on front-end architecture and design
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with UX/UI design and user-centered design principles is a plus.
• Understanding of server-side rendering and client-side hydration
• Experience with Micro Frontends Architecture (MFE) is a must-have
• Excellent social and communication and influencing skills.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.
• Knowledge of modem design patterns.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as NodeJS/RoR is a plus
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB is a plus
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
• Define best practices and development standards to ensure high-quality code
• Experience in designing high level and low level documents .
• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
