We’re looking for a Seasonal Training Coordinator to join our fast-growing, fun-loving JostensPIX team. This role is all about coordinating training schedules, supporting new team members, assisting with training materials, and helping ensure our staff feels confident and prepared in the field. Job Type:
Seasonal (June - October/November)
Full-Time Remote (30-40 hrs./wk. as needed)
Availability:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
Non-exempt (eligible for OT pay)
The Seasonal Training Coordinator will remotely support the Sr. Training Specialist in facilitating training sessions for JostensPIX staff, with a focus on a successful picture day experience.
YOU WILL:
- Train. Assist in facilitating virtual training sessions ensuring an engaging and informative experience for participants
- Prepare. Aid in the development and enhancement of training materials, presentations, and documents to ensure effective delivery of training content
- Support. Maintain and organize training documentation, including instructional guides, process manuals, and other training assets
- Collaborate. Work closely with the Sr. Training Specialist to enhance training sessions based on participant feedback and observed areas for improvement
- Coordinate. May assist with on-site training logistics including venue, food, hotels, agenda, etc.
YOU HAVE:
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Familiarity with e-learning techniques and digital training tools
- Time Management and Accuracy. Skilled in managing multiple tasks, organizing materials, and keeping accurate records.
- Communication Skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and facilitate effectively virtually. Confident and comfortable engaging with large groups
- Experience. 2 or more years of experience in training or a similar role
- Education. High school diploma or equivalent
NOT REQUIRED BUT GOOD TO HAVE:
- Insight. Prior experience working with JostensPIX as a Photographer, Photo Team Lead or Hub Manager
- Passion. Knowledge and/or interest in photography
