This isn't your run-of-the-mill data entry gig. It's a role that calls for attentiveness, linguistic accuracy, and most of all, a genuine respect for the voices and stories you'll work with. You won't just be typing what you hear—you'll be ensuring that every word reflects the speaker's original intent, without adding your own interpretation or paraphrasing. Your primary task will be to listen to audio files—interviews, speeches, conversations, and more—and transcribe them into written text with the highest accuracy. You'll follow specific project instructions while capturing every relevant word and detail. Whether it's Tamil, English, or another regional language, your job is to honor the original tone, message, and context of the speaker. You're not rewriting—you're recording in text what was spoken, with full integrity. Once your transcription is complete, your work isn't done just yet. You'll be reviewing, proofreading, and ensuring that the final transcript is clean, clear, and free from spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors. We operate in a fast-paced environment where timelines matter. Whether the deadline is daily or weekly, you'll be expected to deliver on time without compromising on quality.
