Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Senior Trainer for our team to support the onboarding and ongoing training. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering training materials, assisting in the hiring and management of counsellors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.You will be responsible for meeting a specific target of people trained per day, as well as overseeing the targets of those reporting to you.

This role will require you to handle challenging and complex problems, where you will be tested frequently.

You must be adaptable and capable of thriving in such environments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Develop and deliver training materials (both text and video) to guide new applicants and onboarded counsellors.

● Training of Counsellors & Applicants: Lead training sessions to ensure that both applicants and counsellors understand the processes and requirements.

● Hiring Counsellors: Assist in the recruitment of qualified counsellors to support contributors.

● Counsellor Management: Oversee and manage counsellors, ensuring that they are performing their tasks accurately and efficiently.

● Daily Check-ins: Conduct daily check-ins with counsellors to monitor progress, provide support, and address any issues.

Qualifications:

● Written and spoken fluency in native language is a must.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Previous experience in training, managing, or mentoring teams.

● Ability to create engaging content (text/video) for training and onboarding.

● Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow and enforce processes.
