Description
- Oversee daily operations of three ICF/DD residential facilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including Title 22 and ICF/DD standards
- Supervise, train, and evaluate direct care staff
- Coordinate and monitor development and implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
- Ensure readiness for licensing surveys and audits
- Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and regulatory agencies
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, and overall program effectiveness
- Address incidents, concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner
- Travel between assigned facilities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, or related field
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities effectively
Summary
The QIDP / Administrator is responsible for the overall operation, compliance, and performance of three 6-bed ICF/DD-H and ICF/DD-N residential facilities (18 total census). This role ensures services are delivered in accordance with state and federal regulations, individual program plans, and company standards. The position provides direct supervision to staff and maintains accountability for quality of care, documentation, and program outcomes.
