Business Development Intern (Remote) – Digital Pulse LLP
Location: Remote | Working Days: 5 Days/Week | Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: INR 4,000/month + performance incentives upto 15% on successful lead closure

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Intern who is comfortable speaking with prospects and generating new business opportunities. You will work with a curated database of leads, reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and help convert interest into real business. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure to digital sales and agency growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make 8–10 outbound calls daily to prospective clients; use the provided database to connect with new leads; clearly present Digital Pulse services with confidence; develop a basic understanding of digital marketing solutions; maintain and update the lead tracking sheet accurately; follow up with interested prospects; coordinate with the internal team on warm leads.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (English and Hindi preferred); confidence while speaking on calls; basic understanding of digital marketing or sales; organized and disciplined in tracking leads; self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Incentives & Growth
In addition to the monthly stipend, earn 5%–15% commission on every successful deal closed based on the total ticket size of the client onboarded. High performers have the potential to earn significantly more than the base stipend.
