</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain pristine lawns.</li>
<li>Execute landscape installations, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.</li>
<li>Ensure the proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment.</li>
<li>Assist with seasonal clean-ups and debris removal.</li>
<li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet expectations.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to operate lawn care equipment, such as mowers and trimmers.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards teamwork.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic horticulture and landscape design principles.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites.</li>
