</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Assist customers with plant selection and gardening supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden center.</li>
<li>Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care and gardening techniques.</li>
<li>Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.</li>
<li>Process transactions accurately at the cash register.</li>
<li>Participate in seasonal inventory and special events.</li>
<li>Monitor plant health and assist in the care of live inventory.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or gardening preferred.</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping.</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.</li>
<li>Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a garden center or similar environment is a plus.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and grow within the company.</li>
