About the role

As a Service Program Manager within the EMEA region, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of complex service programs across the Building Technologies & Solutions business in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will work closely with regional and global teams to ensure successful program implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:- Project management of complex service programs, including planning, resource management, and on-time delivery- Collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, product management) to define program requirements and develop tailored solutions- Identification and mitigation of program risks and issues- Continuous monitoring and reporting on program performance metrics- Implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
