About the role
The Territory Manager South Belgium and Luxembourg - Shockwave IVL will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive the adoption of the Shockwave IVL technology in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work closely with the Benelux Sales Director and the Regional Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of the Shockwave IVL technology within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of Shockwave IVL technology in the assigned territory - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and purchasing organizations - Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring successful implementation and continued usage of the Shockwave IVL technology - Collaborate with the Benelux Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager to align on sales goals, strategy, and performance - Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting - Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and clinical evidence - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field - Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the cardiovascular or interventional space - Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and decision-making processes in Belgium and Luxembourg - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 50-60% of the time) - Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required
