Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an Intern to join our Product Management and Strategic Marketing team located in Danvers, MA.

Requirements

As an intern on our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and commercial to bring new products to life. You will assist in the development and execution of product strategies and support Product Managers to ensure successful new product launches. Key responsibilities:

  • Generate actionable insights on customer needs and market trends from a variety of data sources
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, providing insights to guide product development and commercial teams
  • Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and help prioritize features based on gained market and customer insights
  • Assist Product Managers to gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and ensure user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to participate in product development cycles, including spring planning, status meetings, and ensure that development stays on track.
  • Assist Product Managers with product launch planning and readiness activities.

Qualifications

  • Student pursuing a degree in biomedical engineering, biomedical sciences, or healthcare-oriented business degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Passion for technology and product development
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Basic understanding of product development, clinical use environments, and/or strategic marketing principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and metrics to evaluate market research.

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The anticipated base pay for this position is between 22$ per hour and 51.50$ per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
