Field Operations Data Analyst - Shockwave Medical

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive operational efficiency and support the growth of our Field Operations team. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify data-driven insights and recommend solutions to improve performance and enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include: - Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to the Field Operations team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of data. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data analytics capabilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Computer Science. - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. - Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data. - Experience working with large datasets and handling data from multiple sources. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
