Entry-Level Statistical Programmer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and validate programs for clinical data analysis and reporting. Support clinical trial data cleaning by programming edit checks and review listings. Ensure compliance with CDISC standards for regulatory submissions. Perform quality control checks on statistical outputs. Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, and Medical teams. Contribute to process improvement and innovation projects. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Public Health. Basic knowledge of SAS (preferred), R, or Python for clinical programming. Understanding of clinical trial data structures and CDISC standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in clinical programming or biostatistics. Familiarity with regulatory submissions (e.g., SDTM, ADaM). Exposure to pharma/CRO environments is a plus.
