Clark Nexsen, a JMT Company is seeking a Sr. Construction Administration Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and/or the Managing Principal with the processing of project documents during the bidding and construction phases of a project and supervising/managing one or more Construction Administration Coordinators.
General responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and administrative processing of construction Contract Documents
- Develop and implement training processes for Construction Administration implementation company wide.
- Establish and maintain standards of practice for Construction Administration within the firm.
- Assisting with the bidding phase of projects, including preparing addenda
- Processing of construction administration submittals and requests for information (RFI) utilizing Newforma project information management software
- Tracking change order proposals, assisting in the proposal evaluation process and preparing change orders utilizing Newforma project information management software.
- Assisting with preparing requests for proposal (RFP) from contractors
- Establishing, updating, and maintaining detailed project information in the firm’s software applications.
- Preparing various project management reports to monitor project status during construction.
- Preparing for and participating in project construction meetings and others as required
- Providing general administrative support as requested by Project Managers, Principals, project team members and other Construction Administration Coordinators as necessary.
- Communicating with clients, design team members, and others as required.
- Oversee and supervise Construction Administration Coordinators as necessary.
