Operation Executive

Plan & implement the ITV Operation to best suit the requirement of the client. Plan and manage operator rosters to ensure sufficient coverage for operations. Ensure OH&S plans are in place and execute the same to meet the set targets. Ensure operators adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Ensure all operational and other KPIs and efficiency parameters are met. Serve as a liaison among the client team, port authorities, and internal teams for seamless communication. Act as the primary point of contact for operators during ITV operations. Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by operators promptly. Ensure productive utilization of ITV operators within the scope and identify area for improvement. Continuously monitor operations parameters and provide management reports. Ensure compliance with all group (JKH), sector and company policies and procedures, Sri Lanka accounting standards, industry requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements.
