I’ve been with State Farm since 2016, starting as a team member before opening my own office. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build a strong, customer-focused agency.<br><br>I was a collegiate athlete at Lyon College and now enjoy life with my wife and son. <li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.</li>
