Position: Proposal Engineer (WTP)
Location: Pune
Essential Qualification: Good Academic record throughout and bachelor’s degree/
Engineering (Mech. / Chemical) from reputed institutions.
Experience : 8 years - experience in the field of Proposal Engineering in
Water & Wastewater business.
Job Description:
- Consistent Proposal experience in WTP offerings, for around 8 years.
- Should have the ability to check the adequacy of inquiry to make the proposal.
- Shall have capability in Scheme selection of water treatment plants, recycle plants with ZLD objective.
- To carry out design calculations for pre-treatment, Filtration & UF, Softeners, DM plants, RO plants, Polishing units.
- Preparation of Technical documents for submission to clients. Should have knowledge of critical water parameters for various sectors.
- To work out the estimates.
- Should be able prepare Basic Engineering Package documents and P&IDs.
- Should be able to understand engineering drawings, documentation procedure requirements with ease.
- Understand client requirements, coordinate with various operating groups, and develop a competitive proposal.
- Engage in techno-commercial (for Cost competitiveness) discussions & finalization with clients, consultants, EPC & OEMs.
- Negotiating with vendors and Interpersonal skills
