Key Responsibilities 1. AI-led Innovation & Digital Strategy • Define and implement a group-wide digital transformation roadmap • Drive adoption of AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency and customer experience • Partner with business leaders to embed digital-first thinking across functions 2. Cybersecurity Vision & Governance • Establish and lead a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with enterprise risk appetite • Build robust cyber defense, threat intelligence, and incident response capabilities • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security standards • Drive cyber awareness and culture across the organization 3. Leadership of Digital & Cyber Practices • Build, lead, and scale high-performing digital, IT, and cybersecurity teams • Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for AI, cloud, data, and cybersecurity • Drive standardization of tools, platforms, and processes across group companies • Foster innovation through partnerships with startups, OEMs, and technology providers • Oversee large-scale program execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on emerging technology and cyber risks 4. IT Governance, Budgeting & Enterprise Architecture • Define IT governance frameworks, policies, and operating models • Lead enterprise architecture strategy ensuring scalability, integration, and efficiencyOversee IT budgeting, cost optimization, and ROI-driven investments • Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business priorities and long-term strategy 5. Risk, Compliance & Vendor Ecosystem Management • Drive enterprise risk management covering technology and cybersecurity domains • Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and audit requirements • Manage third-party/vendor risk, contracts, and performance • Build a strong ecosystem of technology partners and service providers
