Role Description
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team on-site at our Mumbai location. This is a full-time role where you will guide, mentor, and lead your team to achieve operational objectives. Your daily responsibilities will include planning and delegating tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The role also involves ensuring adherence to company policies, addressing client or customer needs efficiently, and contributing to process improvements for enhancing team success.

- Proficiency in using technology and tools for task management and reporting.
- Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
