Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies within the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, leading and mentoring a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, conducting sales forecasts, and analyzing market trends to recommend effective business strategies. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proven experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
- Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and demonstrate flexibility with travel requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the agriculture, chemical, or agritech industry is an advantage
