Business/Systems Analysts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field - At least 3 years of relevant work experience in business or system analysis - Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficient in Business Process Modeling and Structured Analysis techniques - Able to work collaboratively with IT team and business stakeholders - Knowledge of ERP systems and implementation is an advantage Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders - Translate business requirements into technical specifications - Design and document business processes and workflows - Identify business issues and recommend solutions - Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases - Liaise with IT team on system design and implementation - Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users
