Full-Time Maintenance Assistant (8-Week Contract – August Start) Location: Student Accomodation Leeds Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (Starting August 2025) Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to make a difference in a student living environment? CA student accomodation is looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team for 8 weeks over the summer period to help prepare and maintain our student accommodation. Key Responsibilities: Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, applying fillers, minor repairs) Ensure rooms are clean, functional, and ready for incoming students Complete and manage student room condition logs Monitor general upkeep and report any larger issues to management Support the overall smooth running of the property What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role (preferred but not essential) A proactive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail Strong communication and basic record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: A welcoming and supportive work environment Competitive hourly pay Valuable experience in student accommodation and facilities management
