The Role
We're looking for remote AI Product Testers to experience the JobJab platform and share their perspective. You'll be using our AI job matching engine from both the job seeker and employer side, helping us understand how real users interact with the platform so we can continue raising the bar.
What You'll Do
Use the job seeker flow: upload resumes, set preferences, and evaluate the quality of AI matched job results
Use the employer flow: review how the AI screens and ranks incoming resumes for open positions
Rate the accuracy and relevance of AI generated job matches
Submit structured feedback reports after each testing session
Suggest new features or enhancements based on your experience
What We're Looking For
Someone currently job searching or recently job searching (firsthand perspective is valuable)
Comfortable navigating web apps and providing clear written feedback
Detail oriented and able to articulate what works and what could be even better
Experience with AI tools is a plus but not required
Available for approximately 10 hours per week on a flexible schedule
