For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT-Administrator (m/w/d), remotely from Germany.

As an IT-Administrator, you will be the primary technical point of contact for internal customers, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications and the Microsoft Cloud environment. You will work on gathering and implementing client requirements, ensuring high system availability, and collaborating with both internal teams and external service providers to meet organizational needs. Your role will be critical in optimizing IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations across various business systems.

Accountabilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for internal customers, managing and supporting business applications and the Microsoft Cloud environment.
• Gather and implement business requirements for technical solutions and document work results.
• Ensure high system availability and collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to meet operational needs.
• Responsible for managing the communication between internal teams and third-party vendors for requirement management.
• Develop and maintain documentation on system performance, configurations, and operational processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Completed education as an IT Specialist for System Integration, a degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in the administration of various business applications (e.g., HR, compliance, learning platforms).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft management tools such as Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows 11.
• Proactive communication, high reliability, and a strong solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
