👨‍💻 About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time developer with hands-on experience in browser automation. Your main job will be maintaining and scaling our job application automation system, including scripts that handle dynamic forms, dropdowns, uploads, and multi-step logic across different job platforms.

You’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate with a frontend engineer, but you’ll need to own your domain fully and operate independently.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

Build and maintain browser-based automation for job applications

Handle edge cases: dynamic forms, captchas, file uploads, logic branching

Ensure performance, speed, and resilience across scripts

Collaborate with the frontend engineer to integrate automation with the platform

Own deployment and scaling of scripts securely on the web

🧰 Requirements

2–4 years of full-time development experience

Strong in Python or Node.js

Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer (or modern tools like Browser Use, AgentQL)

Solid understanding of the DOM, event handling, dynamic elements, and page flows

Can work autonomously, take initiative, and problem-solve

Must have worked in a previous role where automation was a key responsibility

Able to collaborate with frontend engineers but won’t be doing UI work yourself
