SaaS Support Intern – 3 Months Full-Time Remote Internship
We are looking for a talented and motivated SaaS Support Intern to join our team for a 3-month full-time remote internship.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to our SaaS customers via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our SaaS platform
- Assist with product onboarding and training for new customers
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and address recurring customer pain points
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and customer support processes
- Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
