Outbound Call Specialist We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers through telephone calls during a dedicated 4 hour evening shift. Our process begins with guiding students to identify their ideal career domain, followed by providing comprehensive training, hands on in house internships, and finally, facilitating placements. Leveraging our firsthand industry experience, acquired through direct involvement in the same sectors, we ensure tailored services that meet the unique needs of our clients. Key Details: Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 hour shift) Salary: 12,000 to 20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Primary Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for a minimum of 2 hours during each shift, promoting our EdTech solutions. Consistently meet daily and weekly sales targets, actively contributing to overall team success. Follow up with leads by nurturing relationships, providing tailored product information, and escalating any client inquiries or issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, effectively closing deals by presenting comprehensive product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
